As a legal fulfiller, create an outside counsel engagement request for a matter.

## Antes de Iniciar

Ensure you have configured Legal Matter Management to engage with outside counsel. For more information, see [Configure Legal Matter Management to engage with outside counsel using Legal Tracker](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/ZZO44dei5yVP_AFErPwmnQ "Configure the requirements to enable outside counsel engagement and matter creation in Legal Tracker.").

Role required: sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller, sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller

## Procedimento

1. Open a legal matter.

2. Select Add outside counsel for Legal Tracker from the down arrow ![Down Arrow icon]() on Add outside counsel.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

4. If do not have the complete the Legal Tracker details and want it to be filled later, select the Create a task for entering Legal Tracker field details check box.  
   A task will be created to fill in the Legal Tracker details once the outside counsel request is approved. You need to fill in the details and submit the outside counsel engagement request for integration with Legal Tracker. 5. Select Save.
