# Create an achievement rule item

Create an achievement rule item to define if all or a count of items need to be
completed to receive an achievement.

Role required: sn_lep.achievement_manager

Create an achievement rule. For more information see, [Create an achievement rule](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/BREBblEhkRgu6Ib6MgUYuQ "Create achievement rules to define the criteria to be met to complete an achievement.").

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllAchievementsAchievement Rules.
2. Open the achievement rule that you want to add an achievement rule item to.
3. In the achievement rule item section, select New.
4. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Name of the user whose achievements are projected. |
   | Type | Status of the achievement. If it's current, at risk, or expired. |
   | Achievement rule | The associated achievement rule. |
   | Active | Option to indicate that the achievement rule item is available for use. |
   | Content | Content associated with the achievement. |
   | Order | Order in which the achievement rule item appears. |

5. Select Submit.
