The ServiceNow®
AI Search application provides a modern consumer-grade search engine for the Legal Service Portal.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Add the sys_id of the Legal Service Portal record to the system property that includes the supported portals.
   1. Navigate to AllService PortalPortals.
   2. Open the Legal Service Portal record and copy its sys_id.
   3. Open the System Properties table \[sys_properties\], search, and open glide.service_portal.enable_ais_portal.allow_list.
   4. In the Value field, append the sys_id of Legal Service Portal record.
   5. Click Update.
2. Update the Legal Service Portal record.
   1. Navigate to AllService PortalPortals.
   2. Open the Legal Service Portal record.
   3. Select the Enable AI Search check box.
   4. In the Search Application field, select Legal Service Portal Default Search Application.  
      A search application configuration defines search experience settings, such as the search engine, search results limit, and suggestions limit. A search application configuration is selected by default, but you can change it as needed. For more information on defining a search application configuration, see [Search application
      configurations](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=defining-search-app-cfgs-ais&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
   5. In the Search Results Configuration field, select Legal Portal Search.  
      A search results configuration defines how search results are displayed. A search results configuration is selected by default, but you can change it as needed.    6. Click Update.
