Choose not to receive a specific prompt by opting out of the signal displayed in Employee Portal.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: none  
* Make sure that Manager Hub and Talent Development installed to access these tabs in the Employee Portal.
* To access the prompts on any other portal page in the Employee Portal, the Prompt widget must be added. For information on configuring portal pages, see [Create and edit a page using the Service Portal Designer](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_ConfigureAPage&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-user-interface&ft:locale=en-US). ## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmployee Center.
2. In Employee Center, navigate to the appropriate hub depending on whether you are a manager or employee.
   * If you are a manager, navigate to Your teamManager Hub.
   * If you are an employee, navigate to Your careerCareer Hub.

3. On the prompt widget, display a list of all signals by selecting the Manage preferences icon (![Actions icon.]()).  
   Nota:  
   All signals for which there is a prompt in the prompts table are listed regardless of their status.
4. Select Off for the signal that you want to opt out of.  
   Nota:  
   If you decide you want to receive the prompt again, you would select On.
5. Select Update.

## Resultado

You will not receive prompts from the selected signal. The opted-out prompts are moved to the Dismiss state.
