# Get scheduling preferences from applicants

# Request applicant to share scheduling preferences {#ariaid-title1}

Request applicants on a job requisition to share their scheduling preferences to plan a seamless interview process.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter or sn_ta_hiring_core.recruitment_coordinator

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. Select the required job requisition.
3. On the Overview tab, in the Applications section, select the application to request the applicant's scheduling preferences.
4. On the application page, select Request scheduling preferences.
5. On the Request scheduling preferences form, fill in the fields.

6. Select Send.

## O que Fazer Depois

* Once you have sent a request, you can select Send reminder from the application page to remind the applicant via an email notification to share their scheduling preferences.
* By default, a scheduled job sends a reminder email to the applicant on alternate days for 14 days from the day it was requested, if they haven't shared their preferences. This default value can be configured by an admin by updating the sn_ta_int_mgmt.remind_availability_in_days value.
