View submitted JSAs in the workspace

    • View all submitted JSAs in Health and Safety Workspace. All JSAs that employees have submitted through the Employee Center or ServiceNow® Now Mobile app are available to view in the workspace.

    Role required: sn_hs_rm.jsa_manager or sn_hs_rm.job_safety_analysis_reader

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Health and Safety > Health and Safety Workspace.
    2. Select the risk management icon (Risk assessment icon).
    3. Select the JSAs list.
      • For active JSAs, select Active.
      • For all JSAs, including both active and expired, select All.
    4. In the list, select the record to view.
    5. Opcional: Research content related to the JSA by selecting the Agent assist icon (agent assist icon).
      Agent assist searches the knowledge base using the text from the JSA's Short description field and shows relevant articles.
