# Configure roles

# Configure the roles to view employee forms {#ariaid-title1}

Configure the roles to enable your agents to view the employee responses in the
completed Universal Task employee forms.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_uni_task.admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllUniversal TasksAdministrationEmployee Input Task Configuration.
2. Click New
3. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For more information on form fields and descriptions, see [Employee Input Task Configuration form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/QzvCQfLlNVyP7_PHcOyFRw "Use the Employee Input Task configuration form to configure the roles that can view completed Universal Task employee form.").
4. In the Parent table field, select the parent table.  
   Nota:  
   You can only select the tables that have been configured for Universal Task.
5. In the Response view roles field, select the roles for your agents.
6. In the Condition script field, add a condition script, if any.
7. Click Submit.
