Submitting Health and Safety cases
Safety case manager can begin the resolution process by creating cases based on questions received from employees. Employees can also directly ask a health and safety-related questions from the Employee Center. They can fill out the Health and Safety question form, select an appropriate category for their question, and then submit it.
- Ask a Health and Safety question from Employee Center
As an employee, ask a health and safety question from the safety department to request information such as health and safety procedures, training, or return to work.
- Create a safety case from Health and Safety Workspace
As a safety case manager, create a case based on questions received from employees or their line managers.
- Create a return to work case from an injury or illness
As a safety agent working on a safety incident or an injury, create a return to work case for an employee who's returning to work after an injury or illness.
- Create an HR case from an injury or illness
As a safety agent working on a safety incident or an injury, create an HR case for an employee who is on leave because of an injury or illness or needs any other assistance from the HR department.
