Skills Foundation integrates with Learning to introduce skills-driven learning search results; recommend and suggest courses based on a learner's skills.

Learning integrates with Skills Foundation to enhances a user's learning experience.

When the Skills Foundation property sn_skills_int.enable_skills is set to true, the use of is enabled for Learning.
