Enable the Onboarding ramp-up trigger to ensure that the workflow runs at the right time during the employee onboarding. This automates plan generation, reduces manual setup for managers, and improves consistency in
onboarding processes.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: admin

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllAI Agent Studio.
2. Go to Create and Manage tab.
3. Select Generate onboarding ramp-up plan from the list.
4. Click Add a preferred trigger.
5. Select Onboarding ramp-up trigger in the Define trigger window and duplicate it.
6. Activate the trigger by clicking on the Active toggle button.
7. Select <kbd class="ph userinput">Employee Center</kbd> under Portal.
8. Click Save.
