# Request feedback from skill distribution

# Request feedback from skill distribution {#ariaid-title1}

You can request feedback from skill distribution using skill view or employee view.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: manager

## Procedimento

1. In Employee Center navigate to Your teamSkills.
2. On the skill distribution widget, select View all.
3. Here you can request feedback in two ways, either by selecting the employee or the skill pill.
   * From Employee view, click ![View menu icon]()on the employee and select View skill feedback and then select Request skill feedback.
   * From Skill view, click ![View menu icon]() on the skill pill and select Request skill feedback.  
     Nota:  
     You can use the toggle option to switch between Employee view and Skill view.
4. On the Request skill feedback form, fill in the information.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Skills | Skills that you want to request feedback for. Nota: If there are any unvalidated skills associated with the employee, those are populated in this field. |
   | Request feedback from | Employee from whom you are requesting the feedback. |
   | Feedback due by | Option to set the date by when the feedback is due. |
   | Notes | This is an optional entry for you to add any other information that you'd like to add as a note to the feedback provider. |

5. Select Send request.
