Activate and configure the Dynamic Translation plugin to translate the text on a Universal Request record.

After activating the Dynamic Translation plugin, you can configure one of the translator service spokes available by default. You can also configure a custom translator service provider. For more information on translation service providers, see [Integration with other translation services](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=integration-with-other-translation-services&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).

## Procedimento

1. Activate the Dynamic Translation plugin.  
   For more information, see [Activate Dynamic Translation](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=activate-dynamic-translation&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
2. Configure and activate the translator configuration for the spoke you are using.  
   Available spokes include the following.

   * [Configure Google Cloud Translator Service spoke](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=google-translator-spoke&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US)

3. Activate the I18N plugin for the specific language you want to translate to.
