Get a deeper understanding of skill details of an employee, proficiency levels, and gaps.

On an employee card, when you select ![View menu]() and select the View skills option, the Skill details page appears. In this page, you can:

* View the skills possessed by an employee and proficiency levels of each skill.
* Filter skills by validated versus unvalidated skills.
* Sort skills by name or skill gap (High to Low) or (Low to High).
* Assign a learning course to the employee when the proficiency level of a skill is low. Select ![View menu]() and select Assign learning. Only the courses related to that skill are displayed for selection.
* Select a skill to view the skill activities fly-out. The skill activities fly-out allows you to review activities such as courses, aspirations and growth plans that contribute to skill proficiency.
