You can request a safety data sheet (SDS) from the chemical record to view the safety data for that chemical. The SDS can be downloaded in different languages.

Role required: sn_hs_chm.manager

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

To request SDS in different languages, the plugin 3E spoke (com.sn_hs_spoke_3e) must be installed.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. In the primary navigation, select Environmental Management icon.
3. Select the Chemicals list and then select All.
4. Select a chemical record.
5. Select the Documents related list of the chemical record.
6. Select the Fetch SDS button.
7. On the Create safety data sheet (SDS) request form, select the Country and the Language.
8. Select Create.

## Resultado

The SDS is requested from the service provider. The SDS request is displayed in the Service provider requests related list of the chemical record. The document is added to the
Documents related list when the response is received from the service provider.
