You can disable the status view of Microsoft Teams on your Employee
Profile page.

Role required: sp_admin/sn_hr_sp.esc_admin

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

You can choose whether you want to show the integrated status view of Microsoft Teams on your Employee Profile page.

For employees, you can enable or disable the user presence info using the employee profile header configuration. For more information, refer to [Configure the Employee Profile header](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/n4bl4Dty56VuuBUYyH5y~w "Configure the Employee Profile header to display useful information about employees, such as their first name, family name, and department. The header enables you to identify the employee quickly.").

For non-employees, follow this procedure:

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterProfile.
2. Right-click and choose Instance Options from the list.
3. Select or deselect the Enable non employee user presence info and click save on the pop-up screen, depending on your preference whether you want the Microsoft Teams status view on your Employee Profile page.

## Resultado

Customize your employee profile page as per your business requirement, by adding or
removing the Microsoft Teams status view.
