With the Now Assist for Health and Safety application, safety agents and managers can use generative AI to summarize the safety incidents.

The Now Assist for Health and Safety application includes the skills and features of generative AI to support safety teams working on resolving safety issues.  
Use the following skill provided by the Now Assist for Health and Safety application.

Health and safety incident summarization
:   Provides a summary of safety incidents including incident details, actions, and root cause analysis. The safety team can view a summary to understand the context, refresh the summary, and post the summary to the work
    notes.  
    The summary is displayed above the activity stream and includes the information that the safety agents enter in the following fields:

    * Short description
    * Description
    * Sequence of events
    * Root Cause
    * Action
