Configure Indoor Mapping map data and objects to work with Workplace Service Delivery with Indoor Mapping.

Role: admin.

Create and manage indoor map data and map objects with Indoor Mapping Map
Studio. Add indoor maps as your map provider and import the indoor map objects in Workplace Service Delivery. Integrate your maps and place types to provide indoor
navigation and wayfinding.  
Navigate through indoor spaces with inbuilt indoor maps Workplace Service Delivery. You can manage reservations, locate a space or desk near a colleague, or move a desk or report issues. Employees can use the Workplace Service Delivery service portal. Indoor Mapping provides interactive locations and wayfinding for workplace users.

1. Get real-time insights on space utilization within a building like meeting rooms, venue, and workspaces using Reservation Management.
2. Fulfill service requests quickly with Workplace Service Delivery case management. View space details and use indoor maps to locate a campus, building, or floor interiors.
3. Use Workplace Service Delivery move management to request a desk move from one location to another if a workspace is mapped to Indoor Mapping map data.
4. Provide interactive locations and wayfinding solutions by entering the start and destination points on indoor maps from a space in a campus, building, or floor for workplace users.
