# Create job requisition

# Create a job requisition as a hiring manager {#ariaid-title1}

Request for a job requisition for a vacancy you want to fill in your organization.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.hiring_manager{#request-req-hm__p_h4k_nfg_h1c}

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmployee CenterYour teamHiring.
2. Select Request a job opening.
3. On the new job opening request form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Job requisition form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/jK0w6CLv53YdeRVOOV50_g "Use the form to request a job opening in your organization, as a hiring manager or recruiter.").
4. Select save or submit.

   | Selection | Action |
   | Save as draft | The job requisition details are saved as a draft. |
   | Submit | A new job requisition is created. |

   Access the saved draft in the Draft tab under My Requests.  
   Nota:  
   When a job request is created by a hiring manager, the recruiter can see the open request on the overview page of the Recruitment Workspace. ## Resultado
