# Work on an incident pattern record

# Work on an incident pattern record {#ariaid-title1}

Understand the fields and related lists of the incident pattern record.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager and sn_ohs_im.agent

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to WorkspaceHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the Incident pattern tab.
3. Scroll to the Patterns by urgency card.
4. From the list of pattern record, select a pattern record to review.
5. On the incident pattern record, view the related lists to review and analyze the pattern.
   1. Review the Details tab to analyze factors such as, urgency, confidence score, and the AI generated pattern summary.

   2. Create actions in the Health and safety actions tab based on the analysis.  
      For more information, see [Health and Safety action form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/5wo6gLjVQIv_gK9b24M4xw "Safety agents can use the Health and Safety action form to assign an action for a safety incident or observation.").
   3. Review the Related incidents tab for the list of safety incidents that form the pattern.
   4. Review the Similar patterns tab for any similar patterns that are detected.  
      The similar patterns are auto-generated.
