Configure the Knowledge Base articles
Include the HR only Knowledge Base articles while determining the Self-solved using Knowledge KPI in the HR Success Dashboard indicators.

Procedimento
- Navigate to .
- Select HRSM KB deflection from the list.
- In the Activity Context Types tab, select the Preview icon corresponding to Viewed a knowledge article activity type.
- Select Open record.
- In the Activity Context Type form, change the filter condition to include the relevant knowledge bases.
- Select Update.
