Define an action schedule for the people affected by an exposure. The action schedule creates an action for each affected person when there's an active exposure for an exposure assessment.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_hs_rm.industrial_hygienist or sn_hs_rm.exposure_writer

## Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

The scheduler only runs when there are active exposures so that the actions are assigned to the actively exposed people.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllHealth and SafetyHealth and Safety Workspace.
2. Select the risk management icon (![Risk management icon]()).
3. Select the Exposure types list, open the exposure type, and select the exposure assessment record that you want to add the measurement to.
4. In the Action schedule tab, select New.
5. On the form, fill in the fields.
For information on field descriptions, see [Action schedule form for an exposure](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/vfeoaMRP495ivhq3w5wubQ "The industrial hygienist can use the action schedule form for an action to be created when there's an active exposure.").
6. Select Save.

## Resultado

* The Actions tab appears for the action schedule.
* An action record is created in the Actions tab for each affected person whenever there's an active exposure for the exposure assessment. An action schedule might generate multiple actions for the affected people over time.
