## Health and Safety Contractor Management workflow {#hs-exploring-contractor-management__cf-exploring-parent-workflow}

1. Safety contractor coordinator keeps track of all contractor companies' details in the Health and Safety Workspace. They also list all the contractor workers including their areas of expertise and contact details.
2. Safety contractor coordinator assigns tasks to the contractor workers to ensure that they're up to date on prerequisite training and document uploads before they come on site.
3. Contractor workers receive an email for the assigned tasks and mark them complete.
4. When the prerequisite tasks have been completed by the contractor workers, the contractor coordinator grants them access for the site.
