Choose HR KPIs based on your business requirements.

## Antes de Iniciar

Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer  
Nota:  
The HR benchmarks feature is available by default when the Human Resources Scoped App: Core \[com.sn_hr_core\] and Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events \[com.sn_hr_lifecycle_events\] plugins are installed.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllBenchmarksAdministrationSetup.
2. Select Human Resource to view the list of HR Benchmarks KPIs.
3. Select KPIs that you need for your organization.  
   * To opt out from using a KPI, select Opt out.
   * To modify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) formula according to your requirement and analysis criteria, select Modify.
