After sync is enabled for a building, any changes made to the buildings, floor, or spaces are periodically synced with Microsoft Places. The periodic sync is handled by the Run Sync Flow WSD to MS Place and Run Error Flow WSD to MS Place scheduled jobs.
O que Fazer Depois
- Microsoft Places Portal: You can browse synced locations in the Buildings section.
- Microsoft Outlook: You can search for synced meeting rooms while creating a new meeting on the calendar.
- Microsoft Teams: You can navigate to the Places tab and search for the building to verify the synced locations.
To sync multiple buildings for the first time, you can decrease the repeat interval of the Run Sync Flow WSD to MS Place scheduled job to speed up the sync process. You can also run the job manually based on your preference.
To disable the automatic sync, you can set the sn_ms_teams_wsd.sync_enabled system property to false.
