Set up the HR Success Dashboard so that IT leadership teams and process owners can start using the dashboard.

## Get started with HR Success Dashboard indicators {#configure-success-dashboard__section_zj2_ysj_xsb}

1. Get the HRSM Pro license for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery applications.
2. Install the HR Success Dashboard indicators application (com.snc.success_dashboard_hrsm).
3. Configure the Knowledge Base for HR Service Delivery.
4. [Configure the Virtual Agent](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/FVynRXAAOPgN1FyHwBceFg "Configure the Virtual Agent (VA) topics for HR Success Dashboard indicators to display data correctly in case you have topics other than the base system topics.") topics with VA deflection nodes.
5. Set fulfillment automation level for the HR catalog item.
6. Configure the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)s in the HR Success Dashboard indicators.
7. Run the UpdateFormulasSD script to recalculate formulae.
8. Activate Performance Analytics jobs.
