Understand the current skills and the targeted skills of the team so that you're empowered to develop the right skill-set in the team for today's and tomorrow's business requirements.​ Help your employees utilize different
tools of Talent Development such as learning, growth plans, mentoring to build new skills or bridge existing skill gaps.

## Antes de Iniciar

* Role required: sn_mh.manager_hub_user
* Ensure that the Skills Foundation application is installed.
* Skills or job role implementation is mandatory. This is driven by a system property. If this is set to false, the Skills tab does not appear in Manager Hub.

## Procedimento

1. Navigate to AllEmployee Center.  
   The Employee Center portal opens.
2. Open Your teamSkills.
3. In the Skills Summary section, view all skills, top strengths, and areas of growth of your team.

4. In the Skills distribution section, view skills possessed by your team, across all proficiency levels, by job functions.  
   Get a deep-dive understanding of skills from the Skills distribution page. Get an overview of different skills that the team members possess along with the count of people across each skill in the team.").
5. From the Skills Expectations section, view score percentages of an employee based on an employee's validated skills and proficiencies, compared to their role-based skill requirements.

6. In the Skills being learned section, view employees who are pursuing a specific skill.  
   For more information about a skill being learned, select ![View menu icon]() and select View skill details. To view all the skill learning cards, select View all.  
   Nota:  
   For the Skills being learned section to surface data, you must install Learning and Talent Development applications and associate them with skills.
