  • The ServiceNow® integrations with Zoom helps you create a better, more connected experience for users. Employees get seamless self-service without having to leave the Zoom client, and agents can resolve cases faster using Zoom chat, video, and telephony tools.

    • Enabling ServiceNow Virtual Agent on Zoom provides access to all Virtual Agent capabilities directly via Zoom Team Chat.
    • Supports Virtual Agent features such as designer controls for creating conversations, sending notifications, and providing AI Search results.
    • Enables employees to view and act on actionable notifications.
    Enhance employee experience by integrating Employee Center with the Zoom application Available to all customers using the Employee Center. To access Employee Center in the Zoom application, see Employee Center for Zoom.

    Embedding Employee Center within Zoom enables employees to access the portal without leaving the Zoom client.

    Improve agent productivity by integrating ServiceNow with Zoom Team Chat

    Pre-integrated with IT Service Management.

    Can also be integrated with HR Service Delivery and other Enterprise Service Management applications.
