  • Update or cancel a universal request with the help of the Virtual Agent. You can access the Virtual Agent from the Microsoft Teams application.

    Procedimento

    1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application.
    2. Open the ServiceNow for Teams chat window.
    3. Launch the Microsoft Teams application.
    4. Open the Now Virtual Agent chat window.
    5. Enter your query in the chat window.
      The Virtual Agent prompts you to select the type of help required.
    6. Select Track Universal Request Status (Template).
    7. Select the universal request that you want to track.
    8. Select the appropriate responses to complete your request.
