Edit or cancel a reservation on Now Mobile app

    • Modify your upcoming reservation or cancel the reservation at any time using the Now Mobile app.

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

    Procedimento

    1. On your mobile device, open the Now Mobile app.
    2. In the Workplace Reservations section, tap My reservations.
      You can also open the My reservations section by tapping the more options icon (more option icon in an android device.) and selecting My reservations.
      You can also open the My reservations section by selecting the services icon (Services icon.).
    3. Select the reservation that you want to edit.
      Nota:
      You can edit a reservation only if the option is enabled. The more option icon in an android device. will appear if the editing option is available.
    4. Tap Edit reservation.
    5. Modify the field information.
      When you edit a reservation the Standard services and Reservable purposes fields are auto-filled.
      • In case of a single reservations, where the reservation is created for a single location, the fields are already set with the standard services and reservable purposes mapped to the location.
      • In case of multi-reservations, where the reservation is created for multiple locations, the fields are already set with the standard services and reservable purposes that are commonly available at all the locations.
    6. Opcional: Select Toggle Map view to review the available reservations using a map view instead of a list view.
      This toggle is available only if activated by your organization.
    7. Select Next.
    8. Select the locations you want to reserve.
    9. Tap Submit.
    10. To cancel the reservation, click Cancel.
      You can also click the more options icon (more option icon in an android device.)
      Nota:
      The appearance of the icon depends on the type of device that you are using.

    Resultado

    The reservation is updated or canceled accordingly.
