    Talent Feedback overview

    Talent Feedback is a plugin that allows managers to view feedback and request feedback from employees. Skill feedback is one of the features supported in Talent Feedback.

    Managers
    • Managers can request skill feedback for their team members on required skills, from the employee's collaborators.
    • Managers can view skill feedback of an employee consolidated in one page.
    • Managers can view all the feedback received for a skill along with skill activities, during skill validation – This helps them get a full-fledged view of an employee's proficiency.
    • Managers can also view the status of requests sent and choose to withdraw them when needed.
    Employees Employees receive feedback requests sent to them in their Employee Center To-dos, where they can provide feedback and skill rating for one or more skills in the request.
