As a legal request or matter fulfiller, submit a legal request or matter from within the Microsoft Outlook.
Procedimento

Sign in to Microsoft Outlook Add-In for Legal Service Delivery.

Submit a legal request.

Select an email for which you want to submit a legal request.

Select New.

In the pop-up, select the legal request category.

Select Create.
Legal request intake form will be displayed.

Enter the details in the intake form.

To attach documents, select Add attachments icon (
)
For legal matter, select the artifact from the Artifact section and then select Add attachments icon (

)

- Drag and drop the file into the add attachment pop-up.

Select Submit.
A legal request is created in the New state.

Select View details to view the submitted legal request.
To view the legal request
or matters in the
ServiceNow instance, select Open the request in workspace icon (

).
