Update a submitted legal request

  • Update request details, add comments, or upload documents in a legal request you submitted while it is still in the New or Assigned state. You can cancel a submitted request irrespective of its state.

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
      Nota:
      If you’re using Legal Service Portal, open a request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal portal and selecting My Requests from the header.
    2. Select My Requests from the header.
    3. Select the legal request from the list.
    4. On the Standard Ticket page, review and edit the request details, manage attachments, or cancel the request.
    5. Opcional: In the Activity tab, provide comments or more information about your request for the request fulfiller.
    6. Opcional: Manage documents supporting your request.
    7. Opcional: In the Approvals tab, view the approval details associated with the legal request.
      Nota:
      The Approvals tab appears only when the legal request or its attachment has approval records.
    8. Opcional: In the Legal Matters tab, view any legal matter associated with the legal request.
      Nota:
      The Legal Matters tab appears only when the legal request is associated with a legal matter, and you have permission to view legal matters.
