Update a legal request by requester

    • Update the variables in the form fields and submit the legal request by the requester once the request is sent back by the fulfiller.

    Ensure that Employee Center portal is installed.

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

    After the legal request is transferred and the fulfiller sends the request back to the requester, an email notification is sent to the requester. For more information on the transfer of a legal request, see Transfer a legal request.
    Nota:
    If the legal request is created by a different user on behalf of the requester, both users receive the email notification and both can update the request.

    Procedimento

    1. Select the Review and submit link in the email.
    2. On the My Tasks page in Employee Center, select the required request task.
    3. The requested task opens in Employee Center.
    4. Fill in the fields in the Details tab.
      The fields in the Details tab vary depending on the Practice area or Category of the request.
    5. Select Submit.

    Resultado

    The legal request is updated with the new variable information.

    A success confirmation message is displayed.
