Cancel a Legal Content Review request

    • Cancel a Legal Content Review request irrespective of its state.

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal.
    2. Select View all from the My Requests panel.
    3. Open your submitted Legal Content Review request.
    4. From the Actions menu, select Cancel Request.
    5. In the Confirm request cancellation dialog box, provide the reason for the cancellation in the Comments field.
    6. Select Confirm Cancellation.
      The request is canceled and the cancellation comments appear in the Additional Comments section of the request.

      Any associated active flows are terminated.
