Org talent page
The Org talent page provides your organizational leaders with a centralized location to view the talents of each team that exists within their organization.
Leaders can view talent data at any level of granularity through an interactive organizational chart. This organizational chart illustrates the structure of the leader's organization and the reporting relationships across the different teams in their organization.
The organizational chart displays a card for each employee in the leader's organization. To improve the traversing experience, the cards for each employee appear in an organizational hierarchy. The employee cards in the organizational
chart appear in the following order from top to bottom:
- Organizational leader
- Employees who lead a team within the leader's organization
- Employees who are individual contributors
To access the Org talent page, navigate to the Employee Center and select Org talent from the Leader hub drop-down list.
