    • After a PIP request is initiated by a manager, a structured workflow (a predefined lifecycle event) auto-initiates tasks for a manager, an employee, and an ER agent.

    Antes de Iniciar

    • Role required: admin
    • Install the Human Resources Scoped App: Employee Relations, and Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions plugins.
    • Activate the HR Taxonomy, and Document Templates applications from ServiceNow Store.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Lifecycle Events > Administration > Manage Lifecycle Events.
    2. Open the Performance Improvement plan (PIP) life cycle event with predefined activity sets and activities.

    3. Configure the activity set and activities as per your business use case.
