    • Insert signatures in an HTML document template by selecting participants from the list.

    Role required: sn_hr_core.admin

    Procedimento

    1. Configure an HTML document template.
    2. Create participants for an HTML document template.
    3. Place the cursor in the desired location in the Body field.
    4. Select Insert Signature to insert signature variable for a participant.
    5. In the Add a signature window, select a participant.
      Nota:
      Signing date is not supported.
    6. Click OK.
