Professional profile	Professional profile of the healthcare professional.
Education type	Type of education received by the healthcare professional: training or degree.
Start date	Date when the education began.
End date	Date when the education ended.
Degree awarded	Type of degree awarded to the healthcare professional. This field appears only when Degree is selected in the Education type field.
Training type	Type of training received by the healthcare professional, for example, residency or internship.
Training specialty	Healthcare domain in which the healthcare professional has received a training.
Status	Status of the education and training record: New: When profile intake form is sent to the healthcare professional for filling. Pending validation: When data is filled in by healthcare professional and sent for credentialing and validation to HR agents. Invalid: When HR agents review the data and reject due to insufficient or invalid details. Valid: When HR agents validate and approve the information provided by the healthcare professional.
Institution code	Code associated to the educational institution.
Institution name	Name of the educational institute from where the healthcare professional has taken the training.
Institution address	Address of the educational institute from where the healthcare professional has taken the training.
Institution city	City in which the educational institute is located.
Institution state/province	State in which the educational institute is located.
Institution country	Country in which the educational institute is located.
Institution zip/postal code	Postal code of area in which the educational institute is located.
