Add an action to address the root causes of the safety incident. You can add multiple actions for the incident.

Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager or sn_ohs_im.agent
Procedimento

Open the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device.

In the navigation bar, tap Home.

Tap the Safety incidents icon
from the quick links section.

Open a safety incident record.

Tap the Related lists tab and then tap Actions.

To modify an existing actions record,
- Swipe left on the actions record to view the edit and delete options.
- Open the actions record and tap More options icon
, and then tap edit or delete.

To add a new action record, tap Add new action.

On the form, fill in the details.

Tap Submit.
