Pre-requisites for generating OSHA forms
Before you start the OSHA form generation, you must complete the following tasks.
- Set up Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack.
- Review and set the following fields in the injury and illness reports for which the OSHA
forms should be generated.
- Recordable: When you generate an OSHA form, only the recordable incidents are included.
- Establishment: Ensure that this field is populated with the establishment name.
- Ensure that you have the safety compliance manager [sn_ohs_im.compliance_manager] role assigned to you.
