    • The ServiceNow® External Legal Service Center application enables external users to register themselves, submit, view, and track their requests for legal services.

    You can also add attachments while submitting a request.
    Nota:
    You cannot add attachments to a request when you have external storage configured.

    Overview of submitting a request for a legal service

    To register yourself and submit a request for legal services, perform the following actions.

    1. Register with External Legal Service Center

      Register yourself for External Legal Service Center to enable you to submit requests.

    2. Create request from External Legal Service Center

      Create a request for a legal service from the External Legal Service Center. You can submit a request or save it in draft to submit later.

    3. Edit requests in External Legal Service Center

      Edit requests that saved are as draft in External Legal Service Center.

    4. View and track requests submitted in External Legal Service Center

      View and track requests submitted for a legal service from the External Legal Service Center.
