    • Opt in to the Enhanced Requests Experience, as an existing customer, to get the benefits of the updated features on both desktop and on the Now Mobile app.

    Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

    You can get the Enhanced Requests Experience on both your desktop and on the Now Mobile app. At anytime, you can track the requests created for you, by you and in the draft states on the go.

    Antes de Iniciar

    Role required: sn_hr_sp.esc_admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to Employee Center > Requests > Set up enhanced request experience.
    2. To opt for the Enhanced Requests Experience on your desktop, do the following:
      1. In the Desktop experience, review the requirements and select the I reviewed the requirements..... ready to opt in. check box.
      2. Select Opt in for desktop.
        You are opted to desktop experience.
    3. To opt for the Enhanced Requests Experience on your Now Mobile app, do the following:
      1. In the Mobile experience, review the procedure and select Configure screen record.
      2. On the form, in the Screen field, change field to Enhanced request experience.
      3. Save the form.
        You are opted to mobile experience. To view the requests on your mobile, refer to Enhanced Requests Experience on Now Mobile.

    Resultado

    You have opted in to the Enhanced Requests Experience.
