Make a conference call from a task record such as an incident, problem record, or
change request in Microsoft Teams.

Navigate to any task record, such as an incident, problem, or change
request.

Click the Start conference call related link.

In the dialog box, select the participants for the conference.
All users from the User Contacts list in the task record are in the
recommended section by default. The user who initiates the conference call
is added to the selected list of participants.

After you finalize the participant list, click
Start.
A notification is sent to all the users in Microsoft Teams
that a call has been initiated. Each user can accept the call to join the
conference call.
The host can view the users who have answered the call in Microsoft
Teams.

Do one of the following activities.
