    The following informational notifications are triggered for a major incident when:
    • A communication task is created for a major incident
    • SLA reaches 75%
    • SLA is breached

    Procedimento

    1. Launch Microsoft Teams application.
    2. Click Activity.
    3. View the list of notifications feeds for the major incident.
    4. Click the notification to view the details.
