Create an external link

    • Create external links to access external resources and content. When creating a quick link, you can select an external link as the content type to display in a topic.

    Role required: sp_admin, taxonomy_admin, or taxonomy_manager

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Content Taxonomy > External Links.
    2. Click New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information about the form fields and descriptions, see External Link form.
    4. Click Save or Submit.

    If you click Save, the Available For and Not Available For tabs appear. For more information, see Grant or restrict access to an external link.
