    The Profile option under your name contains various widgets to manage your data like, legacy and latest employment details, personal details, documents, and preferences.

    Your latest employment details for all the companies you’ve worked with.

    Your legacy employment details in the organization appear here automatically from your ex-HR profile. If any details are missing, create a service request to update them.

    If this section doesn’t show your details, your HR profile has been purged. Select the Request profile update button to create a service request. Provide your employment details, and an agent creates a new HR profile and update it.

    Personal details

    Your personal details are retrieved and displayed here automatically from your ex-HR profile. You can edit all your personal details, except for your personal email ID.
    Nota:
    In cases your alumni account is created through the automated offboarding process, the relevant details are automatically retrieved from the HR profile.
