Configure approvers of a scenario

  • Configure approvers for scenarios that are sent for approval. Edit the scenario approval definition to add or remove scenarios. By default, the workplace managers are configured to approve a scenario

    Antes de Iniciar

    You can either edit the default scenario approval definition, Scenario Plan Approval, that is provided the application or create a new approval definition.

    To create a new approval definition, refer to Create an approval definition.
    Nota:
    To add an approver to the approval definition, the approver must be configured in the performer criteria. To do so, refer to Create a workplace performer criteria.

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.admin

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Core > Administration > Approval definitions.
    2. Select Scenario Plan Approval approval definition.
    3. On the form, scroll down to the Workplace Approval Configurations related list.
    4. Select Scenario Plan Approver.
    5. On the form, add approvers in the Approvers field.
    6. Click Update.

    Resultado

    The approver is configured to review the scenario.
