    You must provide your employees with a license to enable access to the Career Conversations app. For more information about employee licensing, refer to License Talent Development Core users.

    Por Que e Quando Desempenhar Esta Tarefa

    When a conversation is closed, either manually by a manager or automatically by the system, it transitions into a read-only mode. In this state, both employees and managers can review the talking points and action items, but they cannot make any modifications. To continue the discussion or update any details, the conversation must be reopened by a manager. This ensures that all changes are authorized and maintains the integrity of the conversation history. Once reopened, the conversation becomes editable, allowing the manager and employees to add new points, update action items, or make any necessary adjustments.

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
    2. From the Employee Center, navigate to Your team > Conversations.
    3. Use the Your team's conversation widget to filter by Past conversations and select the conversation that you want to reopen.
    4. Click Reopen conversation.

    Modify the action items, notes, and skills, then close the conversation when you are done.
