You can create a communication plan or add a new communication task to an existing
communication plan from the workbench.

Navigate to .

Open the relevant major incident.

Click View Workbench.

Click Collaborate tab.

Click Add that appears in Communication
Tasks section.

On the form, fill the fields.

span after which the task must repeat. |

Click Next.

In the Manage Recipients tab, add the users required to
be involved in the major incident communication plan.

Click Add.
The task appears in the Collaborate tab.
