Update a privacy assessment request

  • Update request details, add comments, or upload documents in a privacy assessment request you submitted while it is still in the New or Assigned state.

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedimento

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
      Nota:
      If you’re using Legal Service Portal, open a request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal portal and selecting My Requests from the header.
    2. Select Legal services from the header.
    3. Select My Requests from the header.
    4. Open your submitted privacy assessment request.
    5. On the standard ticket page, review and edit the request details.
    6. From the Actions menu, select Edit Request.
    7. In the Variables form, modify the request details.
    8. Select Save.
    9. Select Back to return to the standard ticket page.
      The request is updated with the new information. The changes appear as comments in the Additional Comments section of the request.
    10. Opcional: In the Activity tab, provide comments or more information about your request for the request fulfiller.
    11. Opcional: Manage documents supporting your request.
    12. Opcional: In the Approvals tab, view the approval details associated with the request.
      Nota:
      The Approvals tab appears only when the privacy assessment request or an attachment has approval records.
